JFK gave an interview to James Burns. He gave his impressions of the United States Congress and his colleagues, saying about one fellow Massachusetts representative,
“I never felt he did much in the Congress, but I never held that against him because I don’t think I much. I mean, you can’t do much as a Congressman.”
