JFK spent part of the day cruising on the USS Northhampton.

JFK is sent this photograph of his father taken circa 1913. The photo was sent to him via letter by Bernard T. Welky, who was a sales rep for the Valentine Seaver Originals company. It is not clear how Welky came into possession of the photo.
