JFK and Jackie were in Hyannis and celebrated Jackie’s 34th birthday with Kennedy intimates, Lee and Stas Radizwill, David and Sissie Gore, Lem Billings, and Chuck Spalding. Like all Cape house parties, they group took lenghty tour on the Honey Fitz and then had dinner at Brambletyde. In the afternoon, Averell Harriman swept into town, bearing a jar of Russian caviar as a present from the Russian President Krushchev.
