JFK was in his Senate office where he met with a Mr. Hickey of the Young Democrats of Maryland at noon. He then made an appearance at a luncheon in the Vandenberg Room in the Capitol for the United States Advisory Committee on Information.

In the afternoon, he met with Congressman Keating at 2:00 pm, Paul Cotter at 3:00 pm, and a Mr. Pearson at 4:30 pm.
