JFK had a 9:30 am committee meeting of the Government Operations panel in room 155 in the Capitol, then went onto a 10:30 am meeting of the Committee of Labor and Public Welfare.

At 11:00 am he met with a Mr. Speers, at 11:30 am with “Marvin.”

The 36 year old senator then had lunch with the President of the United States Dwight D. Eisenhower at 1:00 pm. At 3:00 pm Kennedy met with Tony Triso then went onto a 6:30 pm event in the Bloomfield room of the Statler Hotel being held by the Massachusetts Council of Retail Merchants.

JFK then finished his day with an 8:00 pm meeting with a “Lorraine.”
