JFK spent the weekend in Boston and used Sunday to attend several events. At 4:00 he attended a function of the American Prisoners of War group in the Old Boston room of the Parker House hotel.
He then traveled to Brighton where he attended a Mary of Indulgence Society meeting which was held at 337 Washington Street. Continuing on his schedule, he attended a dinner at the Hotel Somerset for Jackson Holtz.
He finished a long day with a 10:30 pm radio interview with John Kelso, who was the WashingtoncCorrespondent for the Boston Post and Joseph Martin, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives and like Kennedy, a Massachusetts politician.
