JFK was in Massachusetts and traveled to Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts to speak to the students at 10:45 am.

He had lunch with John Fox on the 10th floor of 89 State Street in Boston. At 4:00 pm he did a radio broadcas ton WVOM with Demos Kakrides from town of his birth – Brookline, Massachusetts. At 6:00 pm he did a television interview with the local NBC affiliate.
