JFK attended a 10:00 am organizational meeting for the Committee on Government Operations, followed by the full committee meeting at 10:30 am.

He ducked out of that committee meeting to meet with a Mr. Salmon of Worcester, Massachusetts at 11:00 am. At 2:30 pm he met with a Mr. Bolt from the NRB, along with Torby MacDonald.

At 4:00 pm he met with a Mr. Quinn and at 5:00 pm he met with Lawrence Wyman.
