JFK had a second day of Labor Committee meetings, convening at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. At 4:00 pm he met with a representative of the National Labor Relations Board.
In the evening, he had dinner with General McInerney and his brother Bobby and then went on to a black tie affair in honor of Lady Astor, being host by William Bullitt at 2447 Kalorama Rd.
