While JFK was in Cambridge Massachusetts conceiving of and then writing his paper, Seymour was bombarded by cables requesting background and research information.<\/p>\n<p>A Harvard man himself, he was happy to assist and filled many diplomatic pouches from London back the States of magazines and pamphlets for Jack&#8217;s use.
