She later moved to Bethesda, Maryland and was married to Dr. Clyde Johnson Dawe. She told a previous historian;<\/p>\n
He had had his back operation. I don’t remember when or where or who did it. I remember his brother had just died. There were many, many doctors involved, civilian and Navy. Consultants and so on. His family was in and out – and he had many, many visitors. And yes, I remember Ann McGillicuddy. Jack dated her. She could tell you a lot. I’m sorry I can’t help you further.
