JFK and his brother Joe owned this Star class boat (star #721) from 1934 to 1941. The boat was built by H.B. Atkin of the Manhasset Bay Yacht Club in 1930 and was used by its owner until sold to Jack and Joe Kennedy.
The boat was restored in 1997. The media in recent months is reporting the boat has been seized from an alleged drug dealer by federal authorities.
