Mutual Broadcasting
JFK, just returned from a five week trip to Europe, gave a radio address carried by more than 500 stations in the Mutual Broadcasting network.
He spoke pointedly on the threat of communism and the need for a strong western alliance:
Upon the correct solution of that problem hangs the fate of millions of American lives – indeed the very survival of the Nation may hinge on it.
